Hot Dog Fridays!

​Hot Dog Friday (HDF) is a weekly summer picnic intended to build fellowship among park users. The Board has endorsed this event but has determined that it is not appropriate to use money donated to maintain and improve the park to feed park users. 
  • This event involves perishable consumables which the P.A.C.K. has no facilities to store and which are difficult to account for in detail. The Board has authorized the organizers to accept in-kind donations of food and other consumables and to dispose of leftovers after the event as they see fit. 
  • The organizers may use P.A.C.K. equipment (grill, tables, etc.) for the event and the P.A.C.K. may promote the event.
  • HDF is not primarily intended as a fundraiser, but the Board recognizes that people may be uncomfortable eating food without making a monetary donation.
  • The Board has authorized the organizers to accept cash donations at the event with the understanding that all cash donations are deposited in the P.A.C.K. account and all cash donations are completely voluntary.

Sponsorships Available for Hot Dog Friday

Westgrove PACK Hot Dog Friday Sponsorships
* All donated proceeds from dog park users, that evening, go directly to the P.A.C..K. ​
I want to Sponsor HDF
  • $125 individual sponsorships = "current" P.A.C.K. members. Sponsors are encouraged work the event to help with grilling. Your name/dog's name will be promoted as sponsor. 
  • $150 sponsorship (1x) = non-P.A.C.K. Members and businesses.  A business sponsor is welcome to hang their "business" banner to be displayed that evening or non-PACK member's name/dog's name will be promoted, social media posts (2x) the week before, and is required to have 1+ people from your organization to help out with the grilling.
  • $225 sponsorship (1x) = everything above for a business WITHOUT requiring a representative from your organization to work the grill. Your group can stop by to hang up a banner or make arrangements with us.
  • $500 sponsorship = 5 HDFs with your business banner displayed, social media posts (2x) the week before. It is required to have 1+ people from your organization to help out with the grilling at each sponsored event.
  • $2000 sponsorship = pays for the whole summer and includes a banner which would remain at the dog park as the official HDF sponsor until Labor Day weekend. We will promote your sponsorship every week before each event and require 1+ representative every 2 weeks to help for the duration of sponsored Fridays for the summer.
