Communications: 

• Social Media: Monitor and update P.A.C.K. Facebook page and Instagram accounts by updating photos of furry visitors, post information about upcoming events and encourage followers to share their experiences. (min. 4x posts a month)
• Flyers, Banners and Posters: Do you have clever ideas and/or a creative flare? We could really use your talents to help conceptualize and launch fun and eye-catching promotions to promote the P.A.C.K.'s mission, park rules, and fundraising campaigns.
• Email List: Update email list and send monthly emails to keep members informed about park news, events, and volunteer opportunities.

Fundraising: 

• Fundraising Campaigns: Organize 1-2 events a year and partner with local businesses for sponsorship and support opportunities.
• Community Events: Host events like hot dog Fridays, set up caretaker tables, or other socials to raise funds and awareness (in-person) or solicit donations of items required to keep the park operational (e.g., seed, fertilizer, maintenance services, hay etc).
• Grant Opportunities: Research grants offered that support dog parks or community initiatives that make the park safer and more accessible for all.

Membership Development and Engagement:

• Promote Membership Growth: Develop strategies such as email campaigns, community outreach activities, park signage, social media etc. to increase membership and drive alignment of park plans to community needs.
• Member Engagement: Find creative ways to engage the Westgrove community by supporting the P.A.C.K. through volunteer opportunities like project management, events, etc. (Both in-person & online)
