BOARD ELECTIONS - October 23, 2022 - 3pm - In the Park
Each year, half of the Board seats come up for election to a two-year term. Caretakers in good standing may vote in the election and are eligible to run for Board positions. Board members are vital to maintaining the PACK as an active organization. Without park users who are willing to step up, the turf surface will not be maintained and the proposed improvements will not happen. We need you!
Persons wishing to be candidates should email westgrovepack@gmail.com with a recent photo and a short biographical paragraph for inclusion here. Caretakers who can not attend the General Meeting in person may designate another Caretaker who will be attending as their proxy for any vote taken at the meeting. Proxies must be designated by sending an email from your address of record to westgrovepack@gmail.com prior to the start of the meeting. No Caretaker may hold more than five proxies. For more information about the voting process, click here to view the bylaws. Commitment expectations: Each position is a 2-year commitment. As a board member, you would meet 1x a month for 1 hr. each meeting (no more than 1.5 hrs/on a rare occasion) and attend General Meetings (2X a year, 1.5hrs each). We are seeking people who love the park and want to help maintain and improve it. Experience is not required.
